What is the project's finishing date?

Each project is unique. The execution time is determined by the scope of the project. Some projects last longer than others and are professionally carried out in accordance with established construction norms. The job contract explicitly states the typical times and conditions.

How is the payment procedure going?

Once the project budget has been authorized, 50% of the funds are necessary to schedule and begin construction. The remainder of the money is paid in a single payment upon completion of the work or, if the project is significant, in advances agreed upon at the time of employment.

When will you begin working on the project if I pay today?

Once payment has been received. We move on to planning the start of work. Confirm with the client the project's priorities (activities or areas that they want to develop first) and the method of access to the project.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have a civil liability and workers' compensation insurance policy.

Do you have Licence?

We work with business partners who are licensed in the relevant fields (general contractor, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, swimming pool), depending on the project's demands.

These Service Terms "Terms" govern the provision of construction services by the Construction Company "H&M CONSTRUCTION" to its clients "Clients". By engaging our services, Clients agree to abide by these Terms.

The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and any additional terms or conditions related to the services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Client Responsibilities: a. The Client shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Company to perform the construction services effectively. b. The Client shall obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required for the construction projec unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Changes and Modifications: a. Any changes or modifications to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both the Company and the Client. b. Changes in the scope of services may result in adjustments to project timelines, costs, and other related factors. The Company will promptly notify the Client of any such adjustments.
Payment Terms: a. The Client shall pay the Company the agreed-upon fees or amounts for the construction services rendered. b. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, changes in scope, or factors beyond the Company's control may impact the project timeline. The Company will promptly notify the Client of any such delays.
Termination: a. Either party may terminate the engagement of services by providing written notice to the other party. b. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Company for any completed services and expenses incurred up to the date of termination, as outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Intellectual Property: a. The Company retains ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary rights associated with its construction services, including plans, designs, and documentation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Confidentiality: a. The Company and the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information shared during the course of the construction project, unless otherwise required by law.
Limitation of Liability: a. The Company's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the construction services shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for those specific services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida State. b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, they agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of dispute resolution.
